NAKEE BUTTER PIE

INGREDIENTS: ⠀⠀
- 1 cup coconut cream⠀
- ½ cup unrefined coconut oil⠀
- 1 tablespoon honey⠀
- ½ cup Nakee butter⠀
- ¼ cup cacao powder⠀
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon⠀
- 1 teaspoon chia seed⠀
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs – for decoration on top! (optional, but not quite as fun without them)⠀
- 1 prepared gluten-free pie crust ⠀
INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀⠀
- In a medium saucepan, combine coconut cream, coconut oil, honey, Nakee butter, cacao powder, cinnamon and chia seed. ⠀
- Melt over low heat and stir until smooth and well combined. ⠀
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle cacao nibs evenly over the top.⠀
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. ⠀
