  • 1 cup coconut cream⠀
  • ½ cup unrefined coconut oil⠀
  • 1 tablespoon honey⠀
  • ½ cup Nakee butter⠀
  • ¼ cup cacao powder⠀
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon⠀
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed⠀
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs – for decoration on top! (optional, but not quite as fun without them)⠀
  • 1 prepared gluten-free pie crust ⠀


  • In a medium saucepan, combine coconut cream, coconut oil, honey, Nakee butter, cacao powder, cinnamon and chia seed. ⠀
  • Melt over low heat and stir until smooth and well combined. ⠀
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle cacao nibs evenly over the top.⠀
  • Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. ⠀
