We want to gently clarify one point -- Since 2015, our consistent in-person pricing has been $3 each or 2 for $5, including back in 2019 at Eastern Market. That pricing has remained the same at markets and events over the years.
That said, you’re absolutely right that prices across retail and online have slightly increased — and we understand how frustrating that can feel. As a small business using high-quality, organic ingredients (and never cutting corners), our costs for ingredients, packaging, labor, and distribution have risen significantly over time. Unlike large corporations, we don’t have the scale to absorb those increases without adjusting prices.
For the best value per pouch, we always recommend:
• Meijer, where pouches are typically priced around $2.49, or
• Visiting us at Eastern Market, where you can still get our long-standing 2 for $5 pricing directly from us.
