Ingredients

  • 1 pouch or ½ cup Nakee Butter Focus

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 2–3 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Nakee Butter Focus, maple syrup, and vanilla to a mixing bowl.

  2. Stir in the oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, protein powder, and sea salt.

  3. Mix until fully combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of almond milk. If it's too wet, add a little more oats.

  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.

  5. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to firm up.

  6. Roll into 1-inch balls.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
