Who says you can't have cookies for breakfast? 😋🍪⠀
These #nakeebutter breakfast cookies are a must-try.⠀




  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed⠀
  • 2 ½ cups old-fashioned oats⠀
  • 1 cup Nakee Butter ⠀
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey⠀
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract⠀
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed⠀
  • ½ cup sliced almonds⠀
  • ½ cup dried goji berries ⠀
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt⠀


  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. ⠀
  • In a large bowl, fold all ingredients together until well combined. ⠀
  • Use an ice cream scoop to portion your cookies onto the baking sheet.
    (They will not flatten during the baking process, so shape them according to how you would like to see them come out.) ⠀
  • Bake for 15 minutes for a softer cookie and 17 minutes for a crunchier version. ⠀
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy with your favorite morning beverage. ⠀

TIP: You can substitute the goji berries for raisins, cranberries or dried cherries!⠀
